Northern Liberties

Northern Liberties, located just north of Old City, is one of Philadelphia’s hippest neighborhoods. “NoLibs” began to see its urban renewal in the late 1990s when artists flooded the area. Since then, it has become a happening hangout full of art galleries, beer bars, tattoo parlors, and ethnic eateries. Today, the neighborhood continues to thrive, with artists and professionals alike calling Northern Liberties home.

Hop SEPTA’s Market-Frankford Line to Spring Garden Station or Girard Station or Routes 5, 15, 25, 43, or 57.
